A very good morning to all of you. On behalf of the Board, it gives me immense pleasure in extending a warm welcome to you all to the 25th Annual General Meeting of ISMT. Thank you for being present and I solicit your trust and support in the years ahead.

Members will be pleased to note that the business has already been turned around in the first financial year after acquiring control. We are hopeful of building on this success in the coming years as well.
