We, at Kirloskar Oil Engines, believe education creates the foundation for confident and capable individuals. Through our programmes, we work with schools to support both personal development and experiential learning.
Our initiatives encourage curiosity, creativity and participation while helping students develop skills that contribute to their overall growth.
Sakav
Adolescence is a period of growth, curiosity and change. Through Sakav, we provide students with a safe space to understand the physical, emotional and social transitions they experience during this stage of life.
The programme encourages open dialogue and informed decision-making while equipping students with the confidence and knowledge needed to navigate adolescence.
So far, we have reached over 2,000 students across 12 schools, creating meaningful conversations around adolescent wellbeing. By addressing topics that are often difficult to discuss openly, we help students feel supported and better prepared for this phase of life.
Through Sakav, we continue to support the holistic development of young individuals, helping them grow into confident and responsible members of society.
Creative Learning
Learning extends beyond textbooks. Through creative workshops and student engagement activities, we encourage students to explore new interests and build confidence. Our programmes include sports initiatives, book distribution drives and hands-on workshops that introduce students to art, crafts and creative learning.
More than 2,800 students have participated in activities such as origami workshops, handwriting improvement sessions, self-defence training and eco-friendly Ganesh idol making.
By creating opportunities beyond the classroom, we nurture curiosity, teamwork and a spirit of participation among students.
